The Van Service is designed for persons who, because of mobility impairment or medical condition, find it extremely difficult or impossible to use the regular shuttle bus.
Harvard shuttle buses and vans are available to University affiliates for charter when not operating the regularly scheduled service. We can usually accommodate small and large groups for both on and off campus service. All charter service fees are billed on an hourly basis with a 2 hour minimum. We also provide referrals to other local carriers who may be able to offer expanded services at slightly higher rates.
For more information, including referrals, please call the Shuttle Service manager at 495-5279.
Email or fax the Charter Reservation/Billing Form to request service.
MASCO manages the Harvard Medical School shuttle which runs between the LMA and Harvard University in Cambridge.

Harvard Shuttle Services is pleased to announce that the ShuttleTracker iPhone App is now available in the iTunes App Store. The Transit Visualization System™ (ShuttleTracker) continuously displays the location of Harvard University shuttles and animates their motion against a detailed map of recognizable University buildings and landmarks.
The ShuttleTracker helps riders save time, stay safe, and have more control over their schedules while enabling management to manage the Transportation fleet with unprecedented clarity.
Riders can help maintain safety by following these rules:
The University Shuttle Service operates fixed route bus service during the academic year (except university recognized holidays and semester breaks) providing safe, convenient, and reliable transportation throughout the Cambridge and Allston campuses. Major stops include: Memorial Hall, Pound Hall, Currier House, Mather House, Boylston Gate, Lamont Library, Kennedy School of Government, and the Business School. Harvard Shuttles are open to all members of the Harvard Community, including faculty, staff and students. From our low-floor and lift-equipped buses to our door-to-door paratransit van service, Harvard's entire system is accessible for riders of all abilities. Please see the Daytime Van Service for more information.
Harvard Passenger Transport Services gives bicyclists open access to our entire system. You can combine the freedom of riding your bicycle to work or class with the convenience of using Shuttles around campus during inclement weather or at night. Bikes are allowed on all buses equipped with bike racks at any time.
Printed shuttle schedules are posted at all major stops and in each dining hall and library. Printable Web Schedules are available here »
