Disability Van Service
The Daytime Van Service is designed for persons who, because of physical impairment or medical condition, find it extremely difficult or impossible to use the regular fully accessible shuttle bus. This service operates year round, except for designated holidays, throughout the Cambridge and Allston campuses and is available to faculty, staff and students.
All faculty, visiting appointments, staff, alumni, and guests of Harvard wishing to request use of the van service must be approved by contacting the Office of the Disability Coordinator at disabilityservices@harvard.edu.
All matriculated students wishing to use the van service must be approved by their local student disability coordinator listed below.
If you receive approval, rides are by appointment only. The service normally operates from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 12:30 PM to 7:00PM on Saturday and Sunday, with reduced hours during the summer months and recess periods. Please call 617-495-0400 for more information or to schedule a ride.
