The Van Service is designed for persons who, because of mobility impairment or medical condition, find it extremely difficult or impossible to use the regular shuttle bus.
Harvard shuttle buses and vans are available to University affiliates for charter when not operating the regularly scheduled service. We can usually accommodate small and large groups for both on and off campus service. All charter service fees are billed on an hourly basis with a 2 hour minimum. We also provide referrals to other local carriers who may be able to offer expanded services at slightly higher rates.
For more information, including referrals, please call the Shuttle Service manager at 495-5279.
Email or fax the Charter Reservation/Billing Form to request service.
MASCO manages the Harvard Medical School shuttle which runs between the LMA and Harvard University in Cambridge.
