Directions to Visitor Parking Areas
All visitor parking is on a space-available basis. For all visitor parking areas except the Harvard Business School Lot, please purchase a permit from the Parking office at 46 Blackstone St., or from the One-Day Online Permit Purchase System prior to parking. Visitor permits may be purchased for the Harvard Business School Lot at the guard booth. Direct all visitor parking questions to the Parking office, at 617.495.3772, or via e-mail, at parking@harvard.edu. If you are attending an event, check with the Parking office to be sure event parking has been pre-arranged. When parking, please be prepared to give the name of the event to the garage or lot attendant.

Broadway Garage
7 Felton St., Cambridge
Visitor Parking Hours: 7 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

From Points North, South and the Downtown Boston Area:
Take either Storrow Drive or Memorial Drive West (Towards Cambridge/Newton). Exit right at the Harvard Square/Cambridge signed exit onto JFK Street. If you are on Storrow Drive you will be crossing the Anderson Bridge, which spans the Charles River, before you reach JFK Street. If you are traveling on Memorial Drive, you will turn directly onto JFK Street.

From Points West:
Take either Storrow Drive or Memorial Drive East (towards Downtown Boston). If you are on Storrow Drive, you must exit right at the Harvard Square/Allston exit, and then take your first left, crossing the Anderson Bridge which spans the Charles River, before you reach JFK Street. If you are on Memorial Drive, exit left at the Harvard Square/Cambridge signed exit onto JFK Street.

Once on JFK Street, travel through three (3) sets of lights (not including the set at the intersection of Memorial Drive and JFK Street). You should pass the Harvard Coop and Nini's Corner Newspaper Stand on your left, and on your right you will see the Harvard Square Out of Town Ticket/Newspaper Stand (the "Kiosk"). At the next set of lights (which are located directly in front of the Johnston Gate, which is the main entrance to Harvard Yard), bear to your right.

A fork in the road will immediately follow this set of lights, and you should bear right at that fork, traveling under the Underpass. As you travel under the Underpass, stay to your left. You will quickly be faced with another fork in the road (a firestation is situated in the middle of the fork). You now bear to your left at this fork, passing the firestation on your right. Take your third right onto Felton St. The Broadway Garage is at the end of Felton St. on your right.

52 Oxford Street Garage

From Points North, South and the Downtown Boston Area:

From Points West:

If you are on Memorial Drive, exit left at the Harvard Square/Cambridge signed exit onto JFK Street.

Once on JFK Street, travel through three (3) sets of lights (not including the set at the intersection of Memorial Drive and JFK Street). You should pass the Harvard Coop and Nini's Corner Newspaper Stand on your left, and on your right you will see the Harvard Square Out of Town Ticket/Newspaper Stand (the "Kiosk"). This will put you onto Massachusetts Ave.

The entrance to the garage is located at the intersection of Everett St. and Oxford St. So, make a right turn onto Everett Street from Massachusetts Ave. Travel straight on Everett Street, through the traffic light at the intersection of Everett St. and Oxford St.

Harvard Business School Lot
105 Western Ave., Allston
Visitor Parking Hours: 7 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., 7 days a week

From the Mass Pike:
Follow the Pike to Exit 18 (eastbound) or Exit 20 (westbound) toward Cambridge/Somerville. Merge onto Cambridge St. Follow Cambridge St. through two sets of traffic lights and over a bridge. Turn left at the next set of lights onto Memorial Dr. Turn left at the next set of lights onto Western Ave. Follow over the bridge. The access road leading to the lot's entrance is located just after the lot itself, on the right-hand side of Western Ave. Turn right onto the access road, and follow to the guard booth.

From the North:
Follow routes 1 & 93 South to Boston taking the Mass Pike Points West exit. Follow the Pike to Exit 18. Follow signs to Allston. Merge left onto Cambridge St. Follow Cambridge St. through two sets of traffic lights and over a bridge. Turn left at the next set of lights onto Memorial Dr. Turn left at the next set of lights onto Western Ave. Follow over the bridge. The access road leading to the lot's entrance is located just after the lot itself. Turn right onto the access road, and follow to the guard booth.

From the South:
Using route I-95, follow North taking the Mass Pike Points East exit OR Using routes 1, 93 & 3, follow North taking the Mass Pike points West exit. Follow the Pike to Exit 18. Follow signs to Allston. Merge left onto Cambridge St. Follow Cambridge St. through two sets of traffic lights and over a bridge. Turn left at the next set of lights onto Memorial Dr. Turn left at the next set of lights onto Western Ave. Follow over the bridge. The access road leading to the lot's entrance is located just after the lot itself. Turn right onto the access road, and follow to the guard booth.

Peabody Terrace Garage
125 Putnam Ave., Cambridge
Visitor Parking Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

From the Mass Pike:

Parking After 5:00 p.m. - Important Safety Reminder

For safety and convenience, all annual faculty, staff and student parking permits (with the exception of Evening Commuter permits, which are only valid in the designated garage or lot marked on them) are valid in all unreserved parking areas from 5:00 p.m. to midnight (Monday through Thursday) and 5:00 p.m. Friday to midnight on Sunday. Unreserved parking locations are located on the map above in RED lettering. Parking in the garages or in the lots shown in Blue is not permissible, and doing so may result in ticketing and/or towing.
