Overview
Our large, onsite workforce of professional custodians provides cleaning options for all building types (academic, residential, administrative, laboratory, library, athletic, and museums). Services include carpet and upholstery extraction, event setup and support, and 24/7 emergency response.
FMO Custodial Services is also the only cleaning service at Harvard — and across Massachusetts — to have achieved Green Seal™ (GS-42) certification, an industry mark of sustainable cleaning practices. In addition, the FMO group is currently the only in-house cleaning service in all higher education to be so certified.
