FMO provides critical logistics and physical plant support services to most major university events, including Commencement and the annual Class Reunions. For outdoor events, services include the procurement and set up of tents, tables and chairs, as well as the installation of temporary power and wiring to support catering, sound and video needs. Installation of temporary fencing, signage, lighting or special equipment is provided by our FMO landscape maintenance staff. Our student Dorm Crew program also plays a primary role in the preparation and clean-up of residential buildings used to house alums and their families returning for major reunions. Finally, much of the advance planning, organization, and event oversight is provided directly by FMO management, led by our Associate Director for Custodial and Support Services.
