Registration
The laser system project supervisor (Principal Investigator) is responsible for all safety precautions pertaining to the laser system described in the laser registration form:
Application for Non-Ionizing Radiation Use
A separate registration needs to be completed for each laser system in the laboratory and returned to the LSO. The LSO must be notified of any changes in the use of the laser, laser location, and the transfer of a laser.
