Vendors of Ergonomic Equipment
The Harvard University Environmental, Health and Safety department performs ergonomic evaluations and makes recommendations on workstation equipment modifications by describing features and functions of equipment that might be appropriate for your particular application. We do not maintain a formal vendor qualification program for ergonomic vendors and we do not provide design and specifications for office workstations. The following list of contains vendors that have been used frequently throughout the university. We recommend that you or your supervisor contact one or more of these vendors after your ergonomic evaluation to assist you in finding specific products. We also welcome your comments and suggestions regarding your experience with this process.
Harvard Preferred Furniture Vendors
Harvard University preferred vendors – these vendors have contractual agreements with Harvard’s purchasing department and offer discounted pricing on many products.
