3 Steps to Getting Started in ChemTracker

1.  A Java browser plug-in is required for ChemTracker.
 If ChemTracker will not load, click (Get Java Plug-in) on the start page. Or, to install this plug-in from this link: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

2.  Cookies must be enabled. For help enabling cookies in your browser, see below.

3.  ChemTracker generates Adobe .pdf files in a popup window for printing door signs. Some computers have popup blockers that block the .pdf file. For help in turning off the popup blocker, see below.

To Enable Cookies

In Internet Explorer - Select "Tools" then "Internet Options" then "Privacy". Click "Default" or "Low" under "Settings", then click "OK".

In Firefox - Select "Tools" then "Options" then select the "Privacy" icon. Check the box "Accept cookies from sites". Click "OK" to save changes.

In Safari - Click on "Safari" then "Preferences" then "Security". Under "Accept Cookies" the "Always" or "Only from sites you navigate to" must be selected. Save changes by clicking "OK".

In Internet Explorer - Select "Tools" then "Pop-up Blocker" then "Turn off Pop-up Blocker".

In Firefox - Select "Tools" then "Options" then "Content" and uncheck "Block Popup Window."

If you have a Yahoo Toolbar - Click the popup blocker icon to turn off the popup blocker.

If you have a Google Toolbar - Click on the number of popups blocked to show Popups
