Food Safety Across Harvard
EH&S provides its comprehensive Food Safety Program to Harvard University Dining Services (HUDS) for Residential Dining in all undergraduate houses & dining halls and in the HUDS Retail Restaurants at numerous locations on both the Cambridge and Longwood Campuses. Services are also provided to Crimson Catering, a full-service catering division of HUDS.
The EH&S Food Safety Program is also implemented at various other facilities throughout the Harvard community including the Harvard Faculty Club, the Student Grill Program located in five residence halls, and the Dudley Cooperative dining program.
