Fire Life Safety Training & Education
Cambridge Campus
Environmental Health and Safety provides training with Harvard College Tutors and Proctors, Residential Assistants (Harvard Law School) and Residential Advisors (Graduate School of Arts and Sciences) at the beginning of the fall semester.
Entry way meetings are conducted by the advisors in each on campus dormitory reviewing basic fire safety and emergency procedures. Addition fire safety information is provided to students as part of their moving-in information and is also available on the Environmental Health & Safety website.
Longwood Campus
The Resident Advising Program at Vanderbilt Hall is provided with fundamental fire safety and awareness training by Environmental Health and Safety at the beginning of the academic year. Mandatory meetings are conducted reviewing fire prevention and evacuation procedures.
Harvard University Housing (HUH)
As part of the move in package to Harvard University Housing – a detailed emergency information package is provided to all tenants. Additional emergency information is available on the HUH website.
