Waste oils whose petroleum base is white oil are not subject to 310 CMR 30.000. However, waste transformer oil is subject to 310 CMR 30.000. Incidental waste oil appearing as a film on scrap metal is not subject to 310 CMR 30.000. See also 310 CMR 3 0.200. |
