Diversity Management Training

Project Name: Diversity Management Training
Objective(s):	Transfer and expand understanding of diversity in the workplace to managers & supervisors through discussion and interactive activities.
Implementation Plan:	Subcommittee of UOS council members will team with IBIS Consulting to develop and deliver a comprehensive diversity training session. Audience: Cross-departmental representation of UOS management employees
Schedule:	Start Date: 03/22/04 Project Finish: 05/11/04 Milestones: All UOS Management employees will receive training by mid May, 2004

Project Members:	UOS Subcommittee council members and IBIS Consulting.
Current Status:	Planning process with IBIS occurred on 3/22/04. Draft of 1/2 day training plan due to subcommittee by 4/2/04. Employee scheduling planned with subcommittee from Council and HR on 3/30. Training expected to roll out 5/10 and 5/11 -to be held in the Blackstone Auditorium.
