As a community, we aspire to a workplace that is welcoming to all, recognizes dedication, values each person's contribution, and celebrates our diverse backgrounds. We believe that there is enormous strength in our collective differences.
The mission of the UOS Diversity Council is to be a focal point for learning, planning, and cultural change for UOS in fulfilling this commitment.
More than 200 UOS employees gathered at Blackstone last Thursday for the Uncle Rico Challenge. This FMO-hosted event featured delicious food as well as variety of participatory challenges where folks got the chance to shoot on Uncle Rico in street hockey and throw baseballs and footballs at targets featuring his over-sized image.
